Standard production time is 3-5 business days after design approval. Rush service (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping time is extra and depends on your location.

Yes! Our sublimation process creates permanent prints that are both dishwasher and microwave safe. The ink becomes part of the material, so it won't fade, crack, or peel with normal use.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don't accept returns unless there's a manufacturing defect. We provide digital proofs for approval before printing to ensure you're happy with the design. If there's a quality issue, we'll reprint your order at no cost.
